The following are our list of completed projects:

	St Peters Primary School PROJECT DETAILS: Language Centre and multipurpose hall CLIENT: Catholic Education Office COST: $2.4 Million. Current Project.

	Werribee Primary School stage two PROJECT DETAILS: 10 new classrooms and learning gallery Total floor area (1600m2) ESD features – toilets supplied by rainwater from storage tanks, enthesis on Insulation and electricity saving features like light sensors. CLIENT: Department of Education, State Government of Victoria COST: $2.2 Million. Completed October 2007.

	Williamstown Primary School PROJECT DETAILS: internal refurbishment of a 150 year old heritage listed building, new administration building and outdoor sporting facilities CLIENT: Department of Education, State Government of Victoria ARCHITECT: Baade Harbour Australia Architects. COST: $2.6 Million plus. Completed May 2008.

	West Footscray Library PROJECT LOCATION: Barkly Street West Footscray PROJECT DETAILS: 1000m2 two story Concrete construction. Concrete panel walls, concrete first floor, Buildings main architectural feature is the use of recycled timber. CLIENT: Maribyrnong City Council ARCHITECT: Whitefield McQueen Architect COST: $2.2 Million. Completed October 2006 on time and within budget.

	Khaled Bin El Walid Mosque & Community Centre PROJECT LOCATION: 8 Carrington Drive , Albion/Sunshine PROJECT DETAILS: Approx 1500m2 building consisting of a prayer area with a mezzanine, class/staff rooms, indoor multipurpose sports hall and 100 car park spaces CLIENT: Islamic Guidance Society of Australia CONTRACT:Sheik Hasan Wafa’a COST: $3.5 Million. Completed September 2008.

	Iramoo Community Centre CLIENT: Wyndham City Council Project Manager: Wyndham City Council PROJECT LOCATION: Honour Ave Wyndhamvale COST: $2,400,000. Completed February, 2004.
NOTES: Iramoo Community Centre officially opened by Deputy Premier John Thwaites, March 5, 2004.

	Youth Resource Centre CLIENT: Wyndham City Council Project Location : Derrimut Rd Hoppers Crossing COST: $2,400,000. Completed September, 2003.

	North Geelong Secondary College CLIENT: D.E.T (Department of Education & Training) State Gov of Victoria COST: $1,200,000. Location Date: April, 2002;

	Darul Ulum Collage Extension Stage One PROJECT DETAILS: Consisting of Art, Science and Administration Buildings. COST: $---,---,---. Completed 19/03/2001.

	22 two bedroom units. CLIENT: Department Of Human Services. PROJECT LOCATION: Tenyson St, Norlane, Geelong Victoria. COST: $2 Million. Completed in May, 1999.

	Retirement Village consisting of 26 1& 2 B/R E P Units & Community Hall CLIENT: Local Government, Department Of Planning And Development. PROJECT LOCATION: Benjamin CL, Bundoora, Victoria. COST: Over $2 Million. Completed & Handed over on 6/11/1996.

	Retirement Village consisting of 19 - 1 & 2 B/R E P Units. CLIENT: Local Government, Department Of Planning And Development. PROJECT LOCATION: 30 Mortimer St, Werribee, Victoria. COST: Over $1 Million. Completed in February, 1995.

	14 X 1-2 B/R 2 Storey Units. Built on Concrete.Piles/Slab. (Base below sea water) CLIENT: Local Government, Department Of Planning And Development. PROJECT LOCATION: CNR, Of Coventry St & Nelson Rd, South Melbourne Victoria. COST: $1.2 Million. Completed in July, 1994.

	Retirement Village PROJECT DETAILS: Consisting of 37 1& 2 B/R E P Units & Community Hall. CLIENT: Local Government, Department Of Planning And Development Victoria. PROJECT LOCATION: CNR, Of East St. & Tristan Crt, Glenroy Victoria. (Melway 17E4). COST: $2.4 Million. Completed & Handed Over on 31/10/1991.
NOTES: The above project was officially opened on 25/2/1992 by The Honorable State Minister for Planning and Development, Mr. Andrew Mc Cutcheon.

	St. Albans Public Library. CLIENT: City Of Keilor PROJECT LOCATION: Alfrieda St, St. Albans Victoria. COST: $1 Million. Completed in December, 1989 FEATURING: Concrete Slab/Panels, Metal roof, Office admin, Feature walls, Special Perforated Ceiling and Joinery ETC.

	Glazed Dome, 11WX14H. CLIENT: Islamic Centre PROJECT LOCATION: 90 Cramer St, Preston Victoria, Australia. COST: $---,---,---. Completed in June, 1986.
